Goodbye Bruce

How sad I am feeling at the moment to hear the news that Sir Bruce Forsyth has died.  I was fortunate enough to be a young dancer in a long running show where he was the 'Star' of the show. Without knowing it, he inspired me by his work ethic, his total professionalism in rehearsals and performances, his spontaneous quick wit and cheerfulness. Prima pupils receive IDTA certificates!

Anna's successful audition for Ballet West

Well done Anna Farren who received news that she's been accepted into the Ballet West associate programme! Anna, age 9 has been with Miss Pauline at Prima Ballet and Performing Arts Academy for just over 5 years now, and her hard work and determination has certainly paid off. What is Acro Dance?

Acrobatic Dance, or Acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers and dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Highest Achieving Group
